General Engineering Industries (GEI)
is an engineering manufacturing
public limited company
established in 1995 with a
capital of seven million U.S
dollars. Since then we have
grown into a modern foundry for
manufacturing engineering goods
that have attained national and
international recognition for
achievement and quality.
To ensure a consistent quality
product, every melt is analysed
for composition, its temperature
and pouring speed are strictly
controlled, moulding sand is
tested, while the final
products’ performance parameters
are tested to and above
international standards.
GEI’s quality control equipment
is made of the world’s leading
brands that are calibrated to a
set schedule. This ensures a
high standard of accuracy and
repeatability in testing all the
vital stages during the
product’s formation.
GEI’s customers’ confidence in
its product quality has ensured
various Original Equipment
Manufacturers (OEM) agreements
with established dealers in the
local and regional market.
This has resulted in GEI
becoming a leading commercial
foundry in the Arab World,
producing some of the most
demanding grey cast iron
products. Products range from
automotive spare parts to
domestic central heating. GEI’s
latest accolade is thin-walled
cast iron radiators, ranking as
one of the more challenging
commercially-available domestic
cast iron products.
